How CogniBump works
CogniBump is built for quick rounds you can shout about—on the couch, in a group chat, or at the front of a classroom. Here’s how the pieces fit together.
No account required. Most games save scores and streaks in your browser (localStorage) on this device. Clear site data and those stats reset—that’s normal.
Daily games (same puzzle for everyone)
Titles like The Daily 5, daily word modes, and mini-games such as Bullseye use a shared calendar: on a given day, everyone gets the same challenge. That makes it easy to compare results fairly or play together without spoilers leaking across days.
WordRush (solo sprint)
WordRush is a timed daily word puzzle (five- or six-letter modes). You get a fixed number of guesses; the goal is to solve quickly and track your personal bests. It’s single-player unless you compare scores with friends afterward.
TagTeam (relay)
TagTeam splits guesses between two players on one link. Pass the phone or share the URL after your turn so the next person can play their half of the puzzle. Great for pairs who want a co-op rhythm without a competitive race.
Challenges (you pick the secret)
WordRush Challenge encodes a word into a shareable link. Friends open your link and play your puzzle. It’s asynchronous: they can play later from messages or email.
Today’s ritual
If you like habits, the Today’s ritual hub tracks a simple trio—Daily 5, WordRush, and TagTeam style play—so you can see progress at a glance on this device.
