CogniBump (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates brain games and quizzes at cognibump.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We publish free games supported in part by advertising; this page describes how that works in plain language.
CogniBump is operated by TradeHawk HQ LLC, an independent publisher of casual browser games and educational entertainment, based in Colorado, USA. For privacy questions or data requests, contact us at hello@cognibump.com (see also our Contact page).

Deleting site data or using private browsing removes it.We and our partners (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Many schools and families use CogniBump on shared devices. If your institution restricts third-party advertising, review your IT policy before projecting the site in class. Our Parents & teachers page has practical tips; coordinators may prefer ad-managed networks or guided sessions. Games themselves do not require accounts or student profiles.
Our games are suitable for a general audience, including families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for our own marketing lists, and we do not require children to create profiles to play. Analytics and ads may still process technical data as described above. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly (for example via email), contact us and we’ll delete it.
Analytics data is retained by Google per their policies. Local game data (scores/streaks) remains in your browser until you clear it. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and ops.
Our services are operated in the United States. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this policy as we add features or as laws change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
