What is Order Up?
Order Up gives you four items and one clue — tap them in the correct sequence. The ordering might be chronological (which came first?), numerical (smallest to largest), geographic (south to north), or categorical (hottest to coldest). One puzzle a day, same challenge for everyone worldwide.
Unlike multiple-choice trivia, Order Up requires you to hold all four items in mind simultaneously and reason about their relative positions — not just recognize a correct answer. That makes it harder to guess your way through and genuinely satisfying when you nail the order first try.
How to play
- Read the clue — it tells you what to order and in which direction.
- Tap the items one at a time, starting with the first (smallest, oldest, southernmost, etc.).
- Tapping out of order gives immediate feedback so you can course-correct.
- One puzzle per day. Results are shareable after completion.
Strategy tips
- Find your anchors first — confident about the first and last items? The middle two become much easier to place.
- For chronological puzzles: tie items to decades or major events you know, then compare those markers.
- For numerical puzzles: rough estimates are usually sufficient — you rarely need exact figures to determine relative size.
