Crowns
Crowned!
How to play Crowns
Every board is split into colored regions, one for each row. Your job is to crown the board.
- Put exactly one crown in every row.
- Put exactly one crown in every column.
- Put exactly one crown in every color.
- Crowns can never touch, not even corner to corner.
Tap a square once to cross it out, twice to place a crown, and a third time to clear it. Drag across squares to cross out several at once. Once you place a crown, the squares it rules out fade with a light ✕.
Tips
- Start with the smallest color. A region that sits in a single row or column decides that whole line.
- If two colors fit inside the same two rows, every other square in those rows is out.
- Before placing a crown, check it wouldn't leave another color with nowhere to go.
